Pre-Construction Planning
A project fails or succeeds in the planning. Everything after is execution of decisions already made.
We help you build the plan behind the plan: realistic budgets, phased scope, permitting paths, contractor selection, and the order in which work should happen so nothing gets undone.
Mountain and Front Range projects carry particular realities — short build seasons, access, well and septic, snow load, wildfire resilience. We surface those early, in writing.
We also plan for year fifteen: what will need service, what will weather, what will cost money to own. Durability is a design decision, not a warranty.
